Cancellation Policy

If you find you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time, please contact me to reschedule at least 1 day prior to your appointment. Any cancellations made outside of 24hrs prior to the appointment time, may rebook at no additional cost. If it is the first time a cancellation has been made within the 24hr period of the appointment time, the opportunity to rebook will be offered at no additional cost. Any subsequent cancellations by/for the same client that occur within the 24hr period prior to the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the value of the treatment that has been booked. Clients who fail to show to their appointment and haven't contacted the clinic to advise of their need to cancel, may result in being charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of their treatment that was booked.
